Amazing design. What a great hotel! Mimasakatei, where you can eat, is only a short distance to the property. I recommend this place and would still consider staying here again.

The location was perfect, with easy access to various ski resorts and the main center of Happo One. The rooms were comfortable, with a Japanese style and western beds. The breakfast, which included barista-made coffee, was delicious. Additionally, the hotel provided basic amenities and kept the kids entertained.

I recently had a fantastic stay at a hotel in Hakuba. the location was perfect, nestled in the peaceful Wadano Forest. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with a unique blend of Japanese style and Western comforts. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable, offering shuttle services to the ski slopes and nearby restaurants. The barista-made coffee at breakfast was a delightful start to each day.
All in all, our experience at this hotel was fantastic. I couldn't find any aspect that needed improvement.

I had a fantastic 7-day stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, nestled in a gorgeous forest but still within walking distance to town and nearby restaurants, pubs, and slopes. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, going above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. The complimentary breakfast was superb, with a variety of delicious options, and the barista-made coffee was a delightful touch. The rooms were comfortable, with a Japanese-style design and comfortable beds. this hotel offered great value for money and attention to detail in every aspect.
All was perfect and exceeded our expectations.

The hotel is in a great location close to all mountains and a short drive away from the train terminal. There are lots of options for dining in Wadano and neighbouring suburbs. the room and bathroom were well maintained and had all necessary facilities. the service provided by the friendly and helpful staff was exceptional. the breakfast spread was delicious, with plenty of options to choose from. the view from the hotel was stunning, and the pick-up and drop-off service was appreciated.
The smell in the male onsen could be improved.

The breakfast provided a range of options to suit everyone's tastes and preferences. The hotel's central location made it easy to access nearby facilities and activities. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay, always attentive to our needs.
The shower was also small, with no place to put soap or shampoo. the instructions for the washing machines were in Japanese only, making it difficult for non-Japanese speaking guests to use them.

My recent stay in this hotel was fantastic. I loved the friendly and accommodating staff who were always willing to help with anything we needed. the hotel's location was also perfect - close to the village and with regular shuttle buses to take us to the ski areas. I particularly enjoyed the hotel's restaurant which offered delicious meals, and the comfortable and clean rooms with cozy beds.
As for negative aspects, there wasn't much that I disliked about this hotel. the only downside was that the rooms were a bit small, especially for a group larger than two people.
